|The Avalon Mountain Biking Association (AMBA) is pleased to invite you to Better Living Through Trails, a presentation by the International Mountain Bicycling Association Canada.Trails designed for diverse users – mountain bikers, runners, skiers, hikers and others – are community assets that bring documented health, wellness and economic benefits to local areas. IMBA Canada representatives AJ Strawson and Rachael Raven will discuss the tourism potential of trails; strategies for creating and marketing destination trails; the role of trails and associated green spaces in improving the quality of life in a community; and the public health benefits of mountain biking and a well-designed shared-use trail network.
