Find Your Fit! is a province wide physical activity campaign designed to get individuals motivated and moving towards healthy, active living. The Campaign provides physical activity challenges, information, tools and resources to help Newfoundlanders and Labradorians increase their physical activity levels.

Find Your Fit Provincial Ambassador, Dr. TA Loeffler brings 25 years of expertise leading people through significant life-changing experiences to every facet of her work. Her work and adventures have taken her to 41 different countries and all seven continents.

Early Years 0-4

Children 5-11
Did you know that children 5-11 need 60 minutes of activity per day? Here's some ways to get active!
Youth 12-17
Did you know that youth 12-17 need 60 minutes of activity per day? Look at the activities you can try!
Adults 18-64
Did you know that adults 18-64 need 150 minutes of activity per week? Try out some of these activities!
Older Adults 65+
