What is the Community Physical Activity Challenge?

Recreation Newfoundland and Labrador’s Community Physical Activity Challenge is a province-wide physical activity challenge happening during the month of April. This challenge is targeted towards getting communities motivated and moving towards healthy, active living by providing communities with promotional and communicational materials to facilitate programs for their residents within the community.

In celebration of physical activity and Canada’s 150th birthday, we are incorporating ParticipACTION’s 150 Play List into this year’s Community Physical Activity Challenge. We hope communities celebrate and engage in physical activity during the Community Challenge and continuing on throughout 2017. Start crossing off activities on the 150 Play List today by signing up for your chance to earn prizes.
