Sunday to Saturday – 0600 hours to 0100 hours (40 hours per week).

Within the City of Whitehorse Community and Recreation Services we create the environment for a healthy community. This position administers all recreation programming, including drop-in and registered programs, special events, community engagement activities and associated services and partnerships in the City of Whitehorse ensuring maximum use for the community.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Degree in Recreation Administration, Leisure Studies, or Facility Management
- Previous Experience – 5 years related including 3 years in a supervisory role in a public recreation setting
- Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
- Experience in a membership-based facility service setting
- Communications, marketing, and customer service background and skills an asset
Required To Operate Equipment Such As:
First Aid Equipment, audio-visual equipment, office equipment, computer with applications such as Outlook, Word, Point of Sale, CLASS, Windows, Finance tracking/budgeting software, Excel, Powerpoint, WorkTech, City Vehicle.

This is a Salary Range 15 position ($40.08-$47.13/hour).
