Executive Committee:
Supervises the execution of decisions and policies of RNL Board of Directors and Memberships. Assumes specific responsibilities for giving direction to the planning process.

Finance Committee:
Develops plans and policies which will ensure that Recreation Newfoundland & Labrador will meet its financial obligations and that the affairs of the Association are conducted with sound financial practices.

Marketing/Membership Committee:
Oversees the review, design and implementation of RNL's Marketing Strategy in an effort to enhance the overall programs/services and public image of RNL. Establishes policies to promote and stimulate the increase of membership in RNL. Promotes awareness and makes recreation commissions, municipalities, recreation and leisure agencies, and individuals throughout Newfoundland and Labrador aware of this provincial organization and the benefits of membership.

Annual General Meeting and Conference Committee:
Plans, organizes, and administers all aspects of the Annual General Meeting and Conference of RNL

Constitution/Nominations Committee:
Helps recruit knowledgeable, competent, and dedicated individuals to fulfil advisory, policy, program and service volunteer roles in the Association.

Recreation Practitioners/Facilities Committee:
Defines the issues relevant to recreation practitioners and establishes a permanent structure within RNL offering direct services to recreation personnel. Promotes the recreation practitioner and provides pertinent information on the practitioner's role in recreation and leisure services.

Recreation Inclusion Committee:
Provides leaders, advisory, consultation and education services in order to support inclusive leisure opportunities for people with disabilities in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Awards Committee:
Reviews award nominations and determines award recipient(s) for each RNL award.
