HIGH FIVE® Healthy Eating Toolkit – This is a great resource available to HIGH FIVE leaders through the HIGH FIVE database. The toolkit includes 22 fun activities that teach kids about the importance of eating a healthy well-balanced diet. Healthy Eating for Healthy Aging – this guide was developed for seniors and provides information to encourage healthy eating from planning to putting meals on the table. It was developed by the provincial government with the support of Dietitians of Canada, the Provincial Advisory Council on Aging and Seniors, and registered dietitians throughout the province.
